Paint correction

No. Correction removes a controlled amount of clear coat, so a defect only goes if it sits within what can safely be taken off. We measure paint depth and inspect under hard light first, then tell you what will realistically go and what will stay. Anything through the clear coat needs paint, not polishing.

We can give you a range, but paint correction is the job we most often need to see in person. Swirls and holograms photograph badly, and depth readings decide how far we can go. Send photos on WhatsApp to start, and expect us to ask you in for a look.

A single stage on a normal-sized car is usually a day. Multi-stage work on neglected or dark paint can run to several days. We confirm the timeframe once we have seen the car.

The correction itself is permanent, because that clear coat is gone. Keeping it looking corrected is down to how the car is washed afterwards, which is why most people pair it with a ceramic coating and a safe wash routine.

If you want the coating to lock in a good finish, yes. A coating seals in whatever is underneath it, including swirls. We will tell you honestly if your paint is already clean enough to skip it.
