Questions about ceramic coating
Send photos of the outside and inside of your car on WhatsApp and we will come back with a price or a range. Some work — paint correction, leather repair and anything structural or custom — needs the car seen in the studio before we can be accurate, and we will say so rather than guess.
Ask us about your carHow long does it last?
That depends on the product and on how the car is looked after. Professional systems such as CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0 are measured in years rather than months when maintained. We tell you which system we are proposing and what it is rated for before you commit.
Do I have to correct the paint first?
Almost always. A coating locks in what is underneath, so we correct first unless the paint is genuinely clean already. We will say which applies to your car.
Can you quote from photos?
We can give a range from photos of the exterior, because price is driven mostly by size and by the condition of the paint. The final figure depends on how much correction is needed, which we confirm when we see it.
How do I wash it afterwards?
Two buckets, a clean mitt, pH-neutral shampoo and no automatic car washes. We go through it with you at handover, because most coating failures are wash damage rather than the coating.
